By downloading or using the Genieji App and Genieji.com website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App or exit the website whichever you are using.

2. Services Overview

The Genieji App and Genieji.com website enable users to browse and purchase products, interact with IoT-enabled shelves, and manage orders.

3. Ordering & Payments

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Payments are handled by authorized gateways; we do not store payment data.

4. Use of IoT Smart Shelves

Smart shelf functionality may require Bluetooth, Wi-Fi credentials, and location access. Data collected aids data transfer, inventory management and personalization.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gumbul Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from App usage or IoT device interactions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
